David is such a great host. He checked Several times on us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He is very responsive and always willing to accommodate his guests. The place is great and very peaceful. We found a clean and well organized house. The well equipped kitchen is a plus!

We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. We were in town for softball, and the location honestly made our trip even better. It was super convenient going back and forth to the fields, which made the days run so much smoother. There were also plenty of good food spots nearby, so grabbing meals between games or after long days was easy. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, easy experience and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re in town for tournaments or events!

The Eagle Cabin is exactly what you need as part of your couple getaway. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and it was everything we needed to unplug and relax. I would highly recommend this place if you are wanting to go glamping! Everything was exactly the same as in the listing. Be mindful that there are critters, but thats normal as you are staying in the middle of nature. Parking was tricky at first, as you would need to park behind the cabin and since there are trees, it can be a little tight, but that was no issue for us! Greatest part is that we had our 2 dogs with us as we couldn’t leave them behind, and they loved it just as much. Mineola is a gorgeous small town that reminded us of Fredericksburg just without the crowd so be sure to explore!! David was a great host. He communicated very well, provided us with awesome recommendations, and answered all of our questions. We definitely plan on staying at the Eagle Cabin more in the future!

David was very understanding and gracious towards us. My husband and I needed somewhere to stay that would be a good fit for our chocolate lab. We had a mission to take him to the beach he is 13 years old and was given 2 months to live or less. We contacted david knowing Chester is well over 30 lbs and explained our situation! Not only was he understanding and very responsive and respectful he let us know of a loss of his own❤️great host/great responses/respectful and will plan to go back next year! Me, my husband and our fur babies stayed at David’s place. This was a long overdue peaceful weekend away for the 4th of July and it couldn’t have gone better. David was super responsive and helpful. The place was quiet and quaint and just far enough to have peace and quiet but close enough to Downtown Mineola to go for a stroll down Broad Street. We looked at antiques and had the best iced coffee and homemade fudge at a place called “Between Friends”. We also spent time at the local lake- Lake Holbrook which was literally across the road from David’s place. We enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and watched the fireflies while listening to the Bluetooth speakers under the stars! Best weekend ever, will definitely be back!

Single story ranch style 3/2 with study in great east Pearland neighborhood. Fully equipped and close to parks, shopping and dining. Kitchen, entry and baths are ceramic tile. Hardwoods in den and study. AWESOME KITCHEN with granite counters, SS appliances with island bar, lots of natural light and gas grill. Walk-in Jacuzzi tub in master is like having an in house jacuzzi. Formal living has been converted into a study with french doors and bookshelves.
