David is such a great host. He checked<br/>Several times on us to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He is very responsive and always willing to accommodate his guests. The place is great and very peaceful. We found a clean and well organized house. The well equipped kitchen is a plus!

We had such a great stay and would absolutely come back! The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome.<br/>We were in town for softball, and the location honestly made our trip even better. It was super convenient going back and forth to the fields, which made the days run so much smoother. There were also plenty of good food spots nearby, so grabbing meals between games or after long days was easy.<br/>Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing, easy experience and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re in town for tournaments or events!

We loved staying at David's place in League City! The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were comfortable - a perfect size and place for our weekend trip with our family of four! We would definitely stay with David again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the responsiveness of the host. The place was clean and comfortable. The area is also really cute and there's a park within walking distance, as well as a coffee shop, bookstore, food, playground, etc. We would definitely stay again!
